About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Office Administrator with a demonstrated record of taking the initiative, to join our team based in Yenda.
In this versatile role, you will provide quality customer service to all Yenda Group internal and external customers in support and implementation of the Yenda Group operational and strategic objectives and plans.
You will be required to assist with:
- Data entry and maintenance of financial records
- Monthly reconciliations (credit cards, balance sheets, customer payments)
- Preparation of BAS and supporting calculations (including diesel rebates)
- Accounts support – creditors, debtors, and customer account queries
- Assist with monthly reporting and financial reporting processes
- Maintain asset registers and generate reports
- Support audits and compliance (including FBT preparation)
- Work closely with and report to the CFO
- General finance/admin support as required
Qualifications & Experience
To be considered for this opportunity, you must demonstrate:
- Experience in an office environment – use of Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to proactively take the initiative
- Outstanding attention to detail and prioritisation skills
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Dedication to high customer service levels at all times
- Willingness to work as part of a team and contribute to shared goals.
- Prior business administrative and/or banking experience (or similar) would be desirable
