The Yenda cooperative began in 1925 when a group of 10 like-minded farmers living in the small town of Yenda, NSW found they had a common vision of sharing resources to meet their farming needs. Now the Yenda Producers Co-operative shares a common goal to provide quality goods and services to the rural sector in and around the Riverina and North-East Victoria. Within the boarder Yenda Group, our businesses include Yenda Producers, Spencer & Bennett, RWE, Yenda Prods Grain, and Breed and Hutchinson.
At Yenda Producers Cooperative, we believe in more than just business. We’re committed to sustainably growing the community we call home. We invest in local talent, innovation, and sustainable agricultural practices to ensure a thriving future for our region. Working with us means being part of a team that values loyalty, integrity, respect, co-operation, and making a real impact to our community. If you’re passionate about what we do and want to contribute, Yenda is the place to grow.
Through internships and graduate programs offered at Yenda you will have the opportunity to work alongside some of our most experienced and supportive colleagues as you continue to grow and develop in your own career in agriculture and/or horticulture.
Yenda partners with the CSIRO through their Generation STEM Links program. This provides high-quality internships to help tertiary students gain workplace skills and transition into STEM jobs after graduation.
At Yenda Producers, we are passionate about nurturing the next generation of agricultural and horticultural leaders. We actively partner with universities to offer dynamic graduate programs, giving students and recent graduates hands-on experience. Our collaborative approach provides emerging professionals with mentorship from industry experts, exposure to innovative practices, and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that shape the future of sustainable agriculture in our communities.
