both Mulwala NSW and Bendigo VIC. All our modular buildings are designed and
built to the very highest standards with a true focus on quality.
We have an
exciting opportunity for an experienced Yardperson to work at our Mulwala facility. You will need to be a confident,
detail-oriented individual who is solution-focused and ready to thrive in a
busy setting.
Qualifications
- Current high risk work forkliftlicence
- Current Driver’s licence
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
Skills required:
- Knowledge of building methods, processes, and materials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic technology skills.
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
effectively.
- Ability to follow and drive for procedure improvements &
efficiencies.
- A positive and solution driven mindset.
- Strong work ethic and the willingness to help others and work
within a team.

- Ability to meet required deadlines.
- Physically fit and able to perform the physical requirements of
the role.
Responsibilities:
- Keep the facility clean, safe, and organised.
- Organise and deliver building materials, equipment and other resources as required to ensure all construction activities are completed withinset timelines both onsite and at YMH facility.
- Keep YMH vehicle fleet clean.
- Complete lock up of the YMH Mulwala Construction facility on a daily basis, including but
not limited to: Moving and securing vehicles, locking up facility, warehouse, and rear gate.
- Inspect products received from suppliers to ensure conformity to standard.
- Completion of all Prep Moves to all buildings leaving the YMH Mulwala facility in conjunction with the Construction Supervisor.
- Keep all workstations clean and clear to ensure a safe working environment.
- Work closely with YMH carpenters to provide assistance when needed.
- Work as a team member to the required level of quality and to ensure construction activities are carried out to meet production schedules and operational requirements.
- Complete other activities as assigned by management.
