About xAmplify

xAmplify – Leading Australia’s Digital Evolution

At xAmplify, we’re shaping Australia’s future by combining intelligent automation with human‑centred technology services to deliver real impact across government and enterprise.

Our vision is bold — to accelerate the safe and secure adoption of Automation and AI across Australia.

We partner with some of the world’s most innovative technology providers to bring cutting‑edge solutions into real‑world environments, helping organisations transform how they operate, make decisions, and deliver services.

For our people, this means working on meaningful projects, solving complex problems, and being part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and growth.

About the Role

xAmplify is growing its Workday capability and we’re looking for a hands‑on Workday Functional Consultant to support the delivery of Workday implementations across HCM and Financials.

This role is ideal for someone early in their Workday career who is looking to build depth and exposure across modules while working in a collaborative consulting environment. You’ll be involved in full lifecycle implementations — from requirements gathering through to configuration, testing, and support — gaining valuable experience across both HR and Finance domains.

As the capability grows, you’ll have opportunities to expand your responsibilities, work across multiple projects, and continue developing into a more senior consulting role.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the delivery of Workday HCM and Financials implementations across key project phases
  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders
  • Configure Workday modules under guidance, including testing and deployment activities
  • Support system testing, data validation, and issue resolution
  • Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders across HR, Finance, and IT
  • Contribute to documentation, user support, and knowledge sharing

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of Workday experience, ideally within HCM, Financials, or both
  • Experience supporting Workday implementations or system enhancements
  • Exposure to requirements gathering and functional configuration
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast‑paced delivery environment
  • Workday certification or progress toward certification is highly regarded

This Role Is For You If

  • You enjoy working hands‑on with systems and want to build your Workday expertise
  • You’re keen to develop your consulting skills and work across multiple projects
  • You’re adaptable, proactive, and comfortable learning in a growing environment

Eligibility

  • Australian Citizenship preferred
  • Ability to obtain security clearance (highly regarded)
  • Based in Australia (location dependent on project requirements)
