About the Role
Our Test Automation Capability is growing and we are seeking a skilled and passionate junior Selenium Test Automation Specialist to join our team. If you’re early or experienced in your testing career and are looking to build your skills and experience across a variety of dynamic projects then let’s connect!
What You’ll Do
Upon commencement you’ll jump straight into a dynamic project where you will contribute to the clients key BAU activities, in addition to undertaking actions on several of their key projects. Your day to day will vary but you can expect to undertake:
- Prepare testing documentation including strategies, plans, conditions and cases
- Conduct testing across a different test phases
- Raise and monitor defect resolution and releases
- Review project artefacts, produce reports and undertake required updates and actions
What We’re Looking For
- 2-4 years of test automation and manual testing experience
- Experience with engineered Open-Source test automation development using best practices and design patterns
- Demonstrable and hands on experience with C# and Java Selenium WebDriver development
- Demonstrable understanding of HTML DOM structures, Robust locator selection and programmatic REST based API automation
- Version control with GIT and a good understanding of branching and merging
- Hands on experience developing Continuous Integration and Deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Experience delivering automation against enterprise CRM’s such as Dynamics 365 and Salesforce
- Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems and implement innovative solutions
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- A high level of organisation, time management with the ability to work proactively in a deadline-driven environment
- Self-starting, with the ability to drive your own actions, whilst also working and supporting your fellow teammates
Eligibility
xAmplify partners with a diverse client base, including Federal Government, Defense, Enterprise, State Government, and Private Sector. As a result, our eligibility criteria may vary depending on the projects you may undertake.
As you will be working to a Federal Government client, we are seeking Australian Citizens who have an active Baseline or higher security clearance or have the ability to obtain one.
Location
This role operate under a hybrid work model based out of Sydney, NSW. There will be a requirement to attend client site each week, in addition to giving you the flexibility to work from home.
Engagement Type
For this role we are seeking individuals seeking to engage via a contract, for a period until mid-June 2027.
Salary
For this role, we are offering an hourly rate of $105.00 per hour including superannuation.
