At xAmplify, we’re shaping Australia’s future by combining intelligent automation with human‑centred technology services to deliver real impact across government and enterprise.

Our vision is bold — to accelerate the safe and secure adoption of Automation and AI across Australia.

We partner with some of the world’s most innovative technology providers to bring cutting‑edge solutions into real‑world environments, helping organisations transform how they operate, make decisions, and deliver services.

For our people, this means working on meaningful projects, solving complex problems, and being part of a team that values innovation, collaboration, and growth.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join us on a long-term contract to lead the delivery of a TechnologyOne (TechOne) implementation. In this role, you will take ownership of project planning, execution, and delivery, working closely with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level PM who thrives in project environments and enjoys driving structured delivery across complex technology initiatives.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of a TechnologyOne implementation project on a contract basis, ensuring timelines, budget, and scope are achieved
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical resources, vendors, and business stakeholders
  • Develop and manage project documentation including plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reports
  • Facilitate workshops, stand-ups, and stakeholder meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide clear and consistent reporting to senior stakeholders and project sponsors

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience working as a Project Manager on contract engagements, ideally within IT or ERP projects
  • Demonstrated experience delivering TechnologyOne (TechOne) implementations
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Solid understanding of project delivery frameworks (Agile, PRINCE2, or hybrid)
  • Highly organised with strong communication and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to quickly onboard, add value, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced contract environment

This Role is for YOU if…

  • Thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Enjoys working with stakeholders
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity
