The Senior Administration Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions within Wunan Foundation. The successful candidate will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our administrative processes, supporting various departments and enhancing overall organisational performance.
Duties for this role include but are not limited to:
Data Collection & Management
- Collect, collate, and verify data from multiple internal and external databases.
- Extract data from various systems to support operational and reporting needs.
- Conduct routine data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify data gaps or anomalies and escalate issues where required.
- Maintain secure and confidential handling of all information.
Data Entry & Recording
- Enter, update, and maintain data in organisational systems, spreadsheets, and digital records.
- Process incoming forms, documents, and information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure data is stored in accordance with organisational policies and legislative requirements.
Reporting Support
- Assist with the preparation of routine and ad‑hoc reports, dashboards, and data summaries.
- Compile information from multiple sources to support internal and external reporting obligations.
- Produce basic charts, tables, and visual data outputs as required.
- Support audit, compliance, and performance reporting activities.
Administrative & Team Support
- Maintain organised filing systems (digital and physical).
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, and version control.
- Respond to internal enquiries regarding data, reporting, or administrative processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of data and reporting processes.

Pre-employment requirements:
- Satisfactory Criminal History Check (not older than 6 months)
- Current Working with children clearance
- Current Australian unrestricted ‘C’ class Driver’s license.
