We are seeking a proactive and service-focused team member to join our team as Space Coordinator. This is a hands-on role that ensures the space is welcoming, events run smoothly, and members receive the high level of service WOTSO is known for.
This role could be ideal for someone coming from hospitality or retail or simply ready for another role that blends people, sales and administration. With training provided we are happy to teach people
everything they need to know to be successful in a role with WOTSO.
Space Coordinator Duties
Front of House & Member Experience
- Cover reception and be the first point of contact for members and guests
- Greet everyone with a warm, professional attitude
- Support members with general enquiries, in person, phone and email
- Assist with member tours and sales leads as directed by Space Leader
- Book and set up meeting rooms
Space Presentation & Admin
- Onboard new members and help them feel at home from day one
- Daily set up and pack down of the space
- Manage stock levels, consumables, and site orders
- Restock communal and kitchen areas
- Occasional errand running
- Assist with community events held in the space
- Create graphics on Canva
- Contribute to Instagram posting and other local marketing initiatives
Is This You?
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, reception or another customer focused role is ideal (we’ll teach you the rest)
- Friendly, professional and confident when communicating with people
- Happy to be on your feet and move around the space throughout the day
