We’re excited to welcome a Member Experience Lead to our Sippy Downs location – a hands‑on role perfect for someone who enjoys variety, people, and taking ownership of the member experience. Working closely with our Space Leader, you’ll help ensure the space runs smoothly, feels welcoming, and delivers the high level of service WOTSO is known for.

This role is ideal for someone coming from hospitality, retail or customer service who’s ready to step into a position that blends people, operations, sales support and community engagement. With full training provided, we’ll set you up with everything you need to succeed. 🌟

What You’ll Be Doing

Front of House & Member Experience

  • Cover reception and be the first point of contact for members and guests
  • Greet everyone with a warm, professional attitude
  • Build strong relationships and respond to member feedback
  • Support members with general enquiries (in person, phone and email)
  • Conduct member tours and assist with converting smaller sales leads
  • Host community events and activities
  • Create and issue member communications
  • Contribute to Instagram posting and local marketing initiatives

Space Presentation, Operations & Admin

  • Daily setup and pack down of the space
  • Oversee meeting room preparation and event coordination
  • Assist with office reconfigurations and contractor visits
  • Manage stock levels, consumables and site orders
  • Onboard new members and help them feel at home
  • Process payments, membership changes and CRM updates
  • Prepare weekly site reports and assist with billing checks
  • Maintain organised SharePoint folders and site documentation
  • Jump in where needed – no job too small

About You

  • Background in retail, hospitality, reception or customer service
  • A natural doer – you see what needs doing and get onto it
  • Friendly, confident and comfortable talking to people
  • Organised, reliable and good at juggling tasks
  • Happy being on your feet and moving around throughout the day
  • Enjoy building community and creating great experiences
