Description

The Project Manager is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of utility-scale renewable energy projects from Final Investment Decision (FID) through to Practical Completion (PC), Final Acceptance (FAC) and handover to Operations. Projects typically comprise distribution-connected solar PV, standalone BESS, and DC-coupled PV+BESS hybrid assets.

Construction is managed internally by MPower’s project management team, with all physical site works delivered by a single external head contractor. The Project Manager leads the cross-functional project team (drawing resources from the PMO pool and assigned engineering) to deliver scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, environmental and compliance outcomes, and is fully responsible for the commercial and financial performance of their projects.
