Description

The Development Manager is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end development of MPower’s renewable energy projects, progressing sites from initial identification through to ready‑to‑build (RTB) status. Working in collaboration with the Development team, the Development Manager plays a key role in building MPower’s renewable energy pipeline, ensuring that projects are feasible, commercially viable, technically sound, and aligned with strategic objectives.

The role coordinates key development activities including site assessments, stakeholder engagement, planning and permitting, grid connection processes, environmental studies, and financial evaluation. The Development Manager works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high‑quality project execution and successful transition to the delivery phase.
