The eCommerce Specialist is responsible for driving commercial performance across Wittner’s owned digital channel. This role focuses on data-led decision making and continuous optimisation across the Wittner website – identifying opportunities, improving user experience, and accelerating revenue growth. Through ongoing analysis of performance metrics, the role diagnoses friction points and implements strategies to improve conversion, AOV, customer acquisition, and overall digital channel efficiency, while ensuring a consistent and premium brand experience across each site.

About the Role

Based in our South Yarra office, you’ll manage and optimise our Shopify website driving performance through sharp analysis, engaging content, and seamless digital execution.

Some of the day-to-day duties will include;

  • Drive growth and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Deliver weekly trading reports with clear, actionable insights to improve key KPIs (CR, AOV, revenue).
  • Analyse performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across all brands.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing & eCommerce to drive improvements across UX, CRO, AOV, and revenue.
  • Manage and maintain website copywriting, ensuring consistency in tone across each brand.
  • Create, test, and implement all promotions, discount codes, and trading offers
  • Manage the setup, scheduling, and QA of all website updates including banners, campaigns, and theme changes.
  • Lead and optimise personalisation tools (e.g. Searchspring), acting as the key contact for partners.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities across product, content, and UX.
  • Stay across eCommerce trends, tools, and platform updates, providing recommendations for improvement.

What You’ll Bring

  • A degree in Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field, plus 2+ years’ experience in retail eCommerce.
  • Proven experience improving website performance and conversion rates.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify and an analytical mindset.
  • Excellent attention to detail and copywriting skills within a fashion or retail environment.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to balance creativity and commercial thinking.
