As a Care Expert at Hazel Home Care, you will be the driving force behind our growth. You are the first point of contact for prospective clients—acting as a trusted advisor, educating families on the Support at Home Care Packages, and guiding them through the decision-making process with confidence, clarity, and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth & Conversions: Lead by example in conducting high-quality Introductory Meetings, articulate the Hazel Home Care proposition, and consistently exceed sign-up and conversion targets.
  • Pipeline & Lead Management: Maintain pipeline excellence with timely follow-ups, progress all leads, and review external referral platforms (e.g., CareAbout) to provide high-quality feedback.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Demonstrate advanced knowledge of the Support at Home program to educate clients and support Care Managers with complex enquiries or scenarios.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify market trends and opportunities to optimize conversion rates, and stay ahead of industry reforms and changes.
