The Early Learners Of (ELO) Group is growing, and we’re looking for passionate Early Childhood Teachers to join our expanding team. Our Wellington Point centre is a 75 placed service with a strong community focus and beautifully renovated indoor and outdoor learning environments. We are looking for teachers who are creative, reflective and nurture children’s curiosity through natural and engaging learning spaces.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and deliver engaging learning programs aligned with the QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
- Developing a beach and bush kindy program.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
- Observe, document, and assess children’s development to support individual learning
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community
- Collaborate with a supportive team of educators to continually improve teaching practices
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education

Experience as an Early Childhood Teacher in long day care
- Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
- Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning pedagogy
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Genuine passion for early childhood education and making a difference
