Well Life Services is looking for a practical, reliable and hands-on Fleet & Maintenance Coordinator to help maintain our growing portfolio of residential homes, offices and fleet vehicles.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in maintenance, facilities, property services, construction or fleet management who enjoys variety, independence and problem solving.

About the Role

Reporting to the Executive Manager – Risk, Compliance & Quality, you’ll be responsible for coordinating the maintenance, presentation and safety of Well Life Services’ properties, fleet and operational assets. This role combines practical maintenance experience with contractor coordination and fleet management, ensuring our teams have safe, functional workplaces to deliver outstanding support to our participants. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Coordinating maintenance across offices and residential homes
  • Scheduling and supervising contractors and trades
  • Managing servicing, repairs and compliance of our vehicle fleet
  • Completing regular property inspections
  • Maintaining asset, fleet and maintenance registers
  • Coordinating office and property set-ups
  • Monitoring preventative maintenance schedules
  • Liaising with landlords, suppliers and service providers
  • Ensuring our sites remain safe, compliant and well presented

About You

We’re looking for someone who is practical, organised and enjoys solving problems.

Ideally, you’ll bring experience in areas such as:

  • Property or facilities maintenance
  • Building maintenance
  • Construction or trade services
  • Fleet coordination
  • Local government or council maintenance
  • Schools, hospitals, retirement villages or community services
  • Property management or facilities management
  • Comprehensive scheduling and forecasting.

Trade background welcomed but not essential

Essential Requirements

Will hold and maintain:

  • Current Blue Card
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
  • Current Drivers Licence
