As our Disability Services Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping the future of our Lifestyle Support Services. This is an opportunity to lead high-performing teams, influence organisational strategy and drive meaningful outcomes for the people and communities we support.

About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you’ll provide strategic and operational leadership across our Lifestyle Support portfolio, ensuring services are safe, compliant, financially sustainable and consistently deliver exceptional outcomes.

You’ll lead Service Delivery teams to embed our Therapeutic Care Framework, ensuring trauma-informed, person-centred and rights-based practice is at the heart of everything we do. Working collaboratively with leaders, families, participants and key stakeholders, you’ll champion a culture of accountability, quality and continuous improvement.

About You

You’re an experienced operational leader with strong commercial acumen and a genuine passion for improving the lives of people with disability.

·Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Community Services, Disability, Youth Work, Management or a related discipline.

·Significant leadership experience within disability, NDIS, community services, mental health or a related sector.

·Proven success leading service delivery, workforce performance, quality, compliance and operational risk.

·Experience implementing practice frameworks and driving service excellence.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills across clients, families, regulators and community partners.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed practice, person-centred support, safeguarding and disability rights.
  • Sound knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • The ability to balance participant outcomes with operational performance and financial sustainability.

Essential Requirements

Will hold and maintain:

  • Current Blue Card
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Yellow Card)
  • Current Drivers Licence
