Waitangi Treaty Grounds is Aotearoa New Zealand’s most significant historic site – a place of learning, connection, and culture. Our teams help deliver unforgettable experiences for visitors from around the world through hospitality, storytelling, performance, and exceptional service.

As summer approaches, we’re preparing for another busy season and are seeking friendly, energetic, and reliable people to join our teams in a range of casual and fixed-term part-time roles.

We’re recruiting for several roles including:

  • Café & Event Attendants / Baristas: Front of House role to support café, coffee cart and event operations
  • Kitchen Assistants: Support café and event operations
  • Visitor Services Assistants: Ensuring a welcoming experience for all, admissions and customer service
  • Kaihaka: Experience performing in kapa haka essential.

Requirements for all roles:

  • Positive, enthusiastic mindset; customer and solutions focused
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic are crucial
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
  • Experience in hospitality or tourism is an advantage
