About the role

The Marketing Director is responsible for leading the marketing function for Australia & New Zealand.

About you

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• Experience in a similar role/industry or can demonstrate transferrable skills from another senior position
• A track record of developing, implementing, and evaluating strategic marketing, communications and promotional campaigns
• Experience leading successful teams through coaching, training and development
• Experience meeting or exceeding business targets (sales volume, revenue and net growth)
• Successfully increased business growth, brand impact, and commercial results
• A strategic approach, coupled with analytical skills (including data analysis) to plan and implement activities that drive performance
• Excellent relationship building, networking and stakeholder engagement skills, with both internal and external stakeholders at the senior executive level
• A collaborative style to building and maintaining a strong and positive working relationships
• Outstanding writing, editing, and proof-reading skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Strong influencing skills, as well as a passion for leading others, both directly and indirectly
