About the role

The Field Learning Manager is responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving learning strategies that drive performance across the field. This role enables Business Development Managers, Team Leaders and Consultants to build capability, grow their businesses, and achieve sustainable results through structured, scalable, and engaging development programs.

Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, the role ensures learning is practical, field-relevant, and aligned to key business metrics such as recruitment, retention, sales performance, and leadership progression.

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have experience within direct selling, network marketing, or a highly distributed sales model
  • Can demonstrate proven experience in Learning & Development, Leadership Development, or Capability Building
  • Have strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences
  • Present strong coaching capability and experience with change management models and implementation (i.e. – ADKAR)
  • Are intermediate to advanced in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication
  • Have experience working with Learning Management Systems
  • Can measure learning impact and improve programs through high analytical skills
