About the Role:

• Monitor and patrol premises to ensure the safety and security of employees, customers, and visitors
• Respond to incidents and emergencies including security breaches
• Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control and visitor management
• Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, security breaches, and other security related activities
• Collaborate with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies as needed
• Provide excellent customer service to employees, customers, and visitors

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid QLD Security Licence (mandatory requirement)
• Baton and Handcuff certification is highly regarded, but not mandatory
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Excellent observation and reporting skills
• Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities
• A high level of professionalism and integrity
• Availability for a variety of shifts including nights and weekends
