Description

Summary:

The Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-quality administrative and executive support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), contributing to the effective operation of the CEO’s office and the broader organisation. Working within a culturally strong Aboriginal community-controlled environment, the EA plays an important role in coordinating the CEO’s activities, supporting stakeholder engagement, and ensuring the smooth flow of information.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, sound judgement, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The EA will operate with a high degree of professionalism and discretion while supporting the CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
