We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Analyst to join our Quality team. In this role, you will support product quality and compliance through analytical testing, method validation and transfer, environmental monitoring, WFI testing, incoming goods inspection, and Quality Control activities within a GMP-regulated environment.

About the Role

You will be responsible for performing laboratory testing and validation activities, supporting investigations and Quality Management System processes, maintaining technical documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This role also supports incoming goods testing, external testing coordination, and environmental monitoring programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform analytical testing of vaccine and biologic products using bioanalytical techniques and immunoassays.
  • Support method validation, method transfer, equipment qualification and stability studies.
  • Investigate and document quality events including deviations, OOS results and CAPAs.
  • Conduct environmental monitoring and WFI testing activities.
  • Inspect, sample and test incoming materials, ensuring traceability and compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation including protocols, procedures, methods and reports.
  • Coordinate external testing and maintain effective relationships with testing partners.
  • Contribute to QC metrics, trending activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.

About You

  • Degree in Biochemistry, Immunology, Microbiology or a related scientific discipline.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in a Quality Control role within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device industry.
  • Experience with bioanalytical testing, method validation, environmental monitoring and GMP compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving and investigation skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and teamwork skills.
  • A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
