This role is the first point of contact for our clients, visitors etc, so it’s important to always be welcoming, courteous, and helpful

You would be responsible for the following.

•Answering phone calls and taking messages

•Setting up meeting rooms

•Ordering office supplies

•Sorting the daily mail for distribution

•Arranging couriers and freight transportation as required

•Booking company employees travel and accommodation

•Ensuring the office and kitchen are kept tidy

•Provide general administration support across the business

•Maintaining accurate records

•General duties

 

The on-the-job Business Administration Traineeship will allow you to learn whilst you work, learning and study time will be provided to undertake the formal traineeship training online. 

•No experience required, though it is an advantage – if you have experience but no formal qualification, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to gain recognition for your experience and skills.

•Study flexibly online while earning and learning on the job

•Immediate start available

•Must be an Australian Citizen to undertake the traineeship.

 

What you bring

•Demonstrated administration experience (advantageous but not essential)

•Ability to coordinate and prioritise a varied workload

•Confidence using Microsoft Office packages including Word, Outlook, and Excel

•Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong oral and written communication

•A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
