About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance/Office Administrator to join our team based in Saddleworth.

Reporting to the Group Administration & Finance Manager, this role plays a key part in supporting day-to-day finance, customer service, and administrative operations. It is a varied, fast-paced position suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Finance Support

·Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

·End-of-month debtor processing

·Debt collection support

·Payroll administration support, including timesheets and leave management

·Assistance with inventory finance applications and settlements

Customer Service

·Face-to-face and telephone customer service

·Responding to customer enquiries with professionalism and care

·Ensuring accurate message handling and follow-up

General Administration

·Maintaining office supplies, amenities, and shared spaces

·Coordinating postage, couriers, and stationery orders

·Updating databases, customer records, and internal systems

·Providing general administrative support across the team

·Other duties as required

Work Health & Safety

·Adhering to WHS policies, procedures and legislative requirements.

·Reporting incidents and participating in ongoing training and compliance activities

Skills & Experience

Essential:

·Basic bookkeeping or financial administration knowledge and proven experience

·Previous office administration experience

·Strong written and verbal communication skills

·Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/financial systems
