Job Description:


As a Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of Valiant Finance. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our products and services. You will work closely with the teams to develop and execute strategies that will drive revenue and expand our customer base.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and conversion Attend industry events and conferences to represent Valiant Finance and network with potential clients
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress to the management team


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
  • Knowledge of financial products and services is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
