The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Success team.

Responsibilities

• Guiding customers through the installation and setup process.
• Responding promptly to customer enquiries across various communication platforms.
• Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and correspondence in our CRM and other systems.
• Building and maintaining a strong understanding of V-DAQ’s products and services.
• Contributing positively to our team culture.

Desirable Skills and Experience

• 2+ years in customer support, onboarding, or a similar role.
• Experience with CRM platforms, Confluence and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with digital technologies including SaaS, smart devices, and apps.
