Kickstart or Level Up Your Real Estate Career with Urban Real Estate!

Ready to level up your career in a place that actually invests in you?

At Urban Real Estate, you’ll join a powerhouse team across 16 offices — with solid leadership, modern tools, and a culture that is supportive, positive, and genuinely fun to be part of.

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Property Officer to join our growing Property Management team in Marsden Park. Whether you’re starting out or levelling up, this role offers variety, learning, and a team that genuinely has your back.

Why You’ll Love This Role

✅ Work with a supportive, high-performing PM team

✅ Access to modern tools that make your job smoother (no outdated systems here)

✅ Real career growth — learn, develop, and progress

✅ Every day is different — inspections, clients, properties, teamwork

What Success Looks Like for You

• You stay on top of rental enquiries — fast replies, clear info, and everything logged properly so nothing slips through the cracks.

• You run inspections like a pro — from weekday privates to Saturday opens — making every property look its best and every applicant feel welcome.

• You process applications quickly and accurately — doing the checks, spotting the strong applicants, and keeping the leasing process moving.

• You complete condition reports with care — detailed, consistent, and always ready before lease signing.

• You handle leases and system updates with zero stress — organised, compliant, and always double-checked.

• You keep the admin tight — keys sorted, files tidy, CRM updated, and signage organised.

• You communicate clearly with tenants, landlords and the team — sharing feedback, updates, and anything they need to keep things running smoothly.

• You support the PM team with weekly updates and general help — being the reliable, go-to person everyone can count on.

• You navigate travel between properties like a boss — on time, organised, and adaptable.

You’ll Bring

  • A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • A reliable car + valid driver’s licence
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Initiative — you don’t wait to be told what to do
  • A genuine interest in real estate and helping people
  • Bonus: Experience in a similar role (great, but not essential)
