Build the operating system behind one of NSW’s fastest-growing real estate groups.

 

Urban Real Estate is a fast-growing NSW property group operating across project marketing, residential sales, property management, recruitment and developer advisory services.

We are seeking a senior leader to design and lead the next generation of our digital, AI, CRM and customer experience capability across the group.


This newly created role sits across the entire organisation and is responsible for connecting data, systems and customer journeys into a single, scalable growth engine. You will design and improve end-to-end customer journeys, activate CRM and database opportunities, implement practical AI solutions, improve digital platforms and lead reporting that links activity to commercial outcomes.


A hands-on leadership role for a builder who can operate across strategy and execution.

  • Customer Journeys | Design and improve customer experiences across every division of the business.
  • Project Marketing | Build digital pathways that improve enquiry conversion and buyer engagement.
  • Residential Sales | Activate database opportunities that generate appraisals, listings and repeat business.
  • Property Management & BDM | Create landlord, investor and growth-focused customer journeys.
  • Developer Clients | Strengthen acquisition, communication and retention of major project clients.
  • Recruitment | Build digital talent attraction and candidate nurture systems.
  • Websites & Digital Platforms | Improve enquiry capture, lead routing and conversion performance.
  • AI Implementation | Deploy practical AI solutions that improve efficiency, insight and customer experience.
  • Research & Market Intelligence | Turn market insights into commercial assets that support growth.
  • Reporting & Attribution | Build dashboards that measure activity, opportunities and outcomes.

 

About You

You are a senior operator with experience leading digital, customer experience, data or growth transformation in complex, multi-channel businesses.

You will likely bring:

  • Senior experience in digital strategy, CRM, CX, revenue operations, AI, SaaS, PropTech, marketplaces or large service organisations
  • A proven track record of building systems that connect data, technology and customer journeys to deliver measurable commercial outcomes
  • Experience working across both strategy and execution, engaging executives while also being hands-on in delivery
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves and work directly on systems, workflows and implementation, not just design at a high level
  • Strong capability in CRM ecosystems, automation, digital journeys or performance reporting systems
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into clear systems, workflows and customer pathways
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, operations and technology
  • A bias for action, able to move quickly from concept to execution and iterate based on results
  • Experience driving adoption of systems and change across non-digital-first teams
