LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN

Urban Grounds and Gardens is an award winning commercial landscape business servicing the Sydney metro area. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Landscaper to take on a Construction Foreman role within our construction division:

The successful candidate will report to the Project Manager and assist with leading a small team of staff, constructing a variety of  commercial landscape projects across Sydney.

We are looking for a candidate who wants to grow with the company and assist in the development and training of junior staff. 

To be successful, you will have:

• Experience leading a small team
• Certificate III or or higher in Landscape Construction
• An exceptional eye for detail
• Ability to interact with clients
• Understanding of safe work procedures
• Have a broad range of practical landscaping skills
• A high level of physical fitness, and are capable of heavy lifting and landscaping
• Be willing and available to work weekends when required
• Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a landscape focused role
• Have a Manual Drivers’ Licence

The below skills and qualifications are not required but are highly regarded:

• Construction white card
• Bobcat/Excavator tickets
• First Aid Certification
