About the Role
As our Administrative Support Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative support to the Coordinator and program team, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of services and activities. This varied role includes preparing reports and statistics, coordinating events, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day program operations. You’ll be a proactive team player with excellent organisational skills and a strong attention to detail.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Certificate IV in Business Administration (or equivalent) and/or relevant administrative experience.
- Demonstrated experience providing high-quality administrative support.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience preparing reports, publications, or similar documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
