Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering services
that improve the wellbeing of individuals, families and communities across the
Mid Coast region.

About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Services, you will
coordinate the day-to-day delivery of Lifeline Mid Coast services, ensuring
programs are delivered safely, effectively and in accordance with
organisational and funding requirements.
Working collaboratively with facilitators, peer workers and
community partners, you’ll help ensure our services continue to make a positive
impact for the people who need them most.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinating the delivery of
high-quality, person-centred services for people impacted by suicide
- Providing crisis intervention and
supporting clients experiencing mental health distress
- Coordinating referrals and continuity of
care
- Supporting facilitators and peer workers
- Monitoring service quality and client
outcomes
- Preparing operational reports and
maintaining accurate client records
- Building strong relationships with
community stakeholders
- Contributing to quality improvement and
service development
About You
You’ll bring:
- Relevant qualification in social work,
community services, psychology, counselling, mental health or a related
field, and or equivalent demonstrated experience
- Experience coordinating community,
health or human services programs
- Demonstrated experience supporting
vulnerable people
- Strong organisational and relationship
management skills
- Excellent written communication and
reporting skills
- The ability to prioritise competing
demands
- Experience working collaboratively with
multidisciplinary teams
- A commitment to person-centred,
trauma-informed practice
- ·Experience in mental health, suicide
prevention or community services will be highly regarded.
