Your Reformer is one of Australia’s leading Pilates reformer brands. As we scale our B2B channel, we’re building the team and the infrastructure to match. That means showing up at the right events, showing up well, and building partnerships that actually move the business forward.
We’re looking for an Events & Partnerships Coordinator to own this space end-to-end in our B2B Marketing Team. From trade expos and breakfast events to distributor relationships and co-branded campaigns. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing – B2B and our commercial team to make sure every activation is on-brand, on-budget, and tied to a clear business outcome.

This role is part time and based hybrid based out of our HQ in Mornington VIC.
What you’ll do:
Expos & events
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of expos, conferences, webinars, and B2B events (think breakfast sessions, industry activations) in collaboration with the Head of Marketing.
- Own event timelines, budgets, logistics, and stakeholder coordination — seamless delivery across every touchpoint.
- Track KPIs, analyse outcomes, and turn event reporting into actionable strategy for future activations.
Distributors
- Support distributor marketing requirements with clear communication and strong alignment to business objectives.
- Build and nurture distributor relationships through regular engagement and value-driven initiatives.
- Create distributor-facing materials – presentations, newsletters, and updates, that keep partners informed and engaged.
Key accounts & partnerships
- Oversee partnership announcements and ensure they land with brand consistency across channels.
- Support the development of launch materials with tight messaging and sharp positioning.
- Nurture ongoing partner relationships and identify opportunities to extend and deepen collaboration — like co-branded campaigns and challenges.
Growth & new opportunities
- Identify and explore new partnership opportunities – strategic brand alignments, charity collaborations, and beyond.
- Develop and execute B2B initiatives including GWP activations, competitions, and co-branded campaigns.
- Continuously seek innovative ways to expand reach and build brand value through aligned partnerships.
What we’re looking for
Must-have
- 2+ years in events, partnerships, or B2B marketing coordination.
- Proven ability to manage multiple events or projects simultaneously – budgets, timelines, stakeholders.
- Strong relationship skills – you’re a natural connector who builds trust quickly.
- Sharp written and verbal communicator, you can translate a messy brief into clear, on-brand output.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a bias for follow-through.
- Commercial mindset, you understand that every activation exists to drive pipeline and brand growth.
Bonus points
- Background in fitness, wellness, premium consumer brands, or B2B channels.
- Experience managing distributor or channel partner relationships.
- Familiarity with the B2B sales cycle and how marketing supports commercial teams.
- Track record of co-branded campaigns or partnership-led activations with measurable results.
- Confident working with basic creative briefs and partner-facing collateral.
