Located within Billy Button Children’s Centre, we are a well-established, community-focused service providing a nurturing and inclusive environment for children from six weeks to school age.

Sparkways is a Social Purpose organisation supporting children and young people since 1883, delivering high-quality early learning across 40+ centres.

About the role

We are seeking Diploma Qualified Casual Educators to join our Footscray team. This is a great opportunity for confident educators who can work across age groups and build strong, positive relationships with children.

What we’re looking for:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education (required)
• Availability Monday to Friday across varied shifts (from 7:30am starts to 6:00pm finishes), with flexibility to be on call at short notice for unexpected cover needs
• Sound understanding of the NQF, NQS, and EYLF frameworks
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, professional, and proactive approach
• Genuine passion for early childhood education
