Role Overview
As Head of Intelligence, you’ll own Trilogy Care’s Intelligence function, leading AI, data and cloud capabilities to deliver trusted insights, scalable platforms and AI-powered innovation across the business.
What You’ll Do

Drive the evolution of our enterprise data platform, ensuring data accuracy, governance, security and compliance.

Lead the development of our AI ecosystem, including enterprise AI assistants, autonomous agents and intelligent automation capabilities.

Oversee cloud infrastructure, platform reliability, cost optimisation and technology vendor strategy.

Build, lead and mentor a high-performing team across AI Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science and Cloud Infrastructure.

Partner with executive leaders to translate business challenges into scalable data and AI solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Establish governance, performance standards and best practices across the Intelligence function while fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What You’ll Bring
- A proven track record of leading enterprise AI, data and cloud platforms, with measurable success delivering scalable, business-critical solutions.
- Deep expertise in modern data platforms, including Databricks, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, lakehouse architecture, medallion design, data governance and pipeline engineering.
- Strong experience delivering enterprise AI solutions, including LLMs, agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), MCP tool integration, AI evaluation frameworks and production AI systems.
- Extensive knowledge of cloud-native technologies, including Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, observability and cloud platform engineering, with a strong focus on reliability, security and cost optimisation.
- Proven experience establishing trusted data governance, AI assurance and scalable platform standards.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing technology investment, vendor strategy and platform costs.
- Demonstrated success leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams across AI, Data and Cloud.
- Exceptional executive stakeholder management, with the ability to translate complex technology into clear business outcomes.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Databricks, AWS, or equivalent cloud/data platform certifications (desirable).
