Who we’re looking for
We’re connecting with care and clinical professionals at all levels, including registered nurses, care coordinators, allied health professionals, aged care specialists, and emerging leaders ready for their next step. This role will also involve working closely with our teams to improve workflows, streamline processes, and help shape how care is delivered using smarter systems.
We’re especially interested in people who are curious about AI, automation, and how technology can be used to reduce friction and improve care outcomes.
What makes you a fit
You don’t wait for a care plan template. You redesign it and then figure out how to automate the parts that don’t need a human.

Familiarity with AI: You are curious and already building or experimenting with AI and you want an employer that actively encourages it.

Clinical or care background: You’ve worked in health, aged care, disability, or a related field. You understand what good care looks like and where the gaps are.

Systems thinker: You look at how care is delivered end-to-end, spot what’s inefficient or broken, and want to redesign it. You think in workflows and outcomes, not just tasks.

Comfortable in ambiguity: High-growth companies don’t have a playbook for everything. You find that energising, not stressful.

Hands-on experience: You have previous experience building or contributing to AI-powered tools, workflows, or features in a health or care setting.
