At Travvia, home of JUCY and Star RV, we’re looking for Casual Customer Service Representatives (All Rounders) to join our Adelaide Branch and help deliver memorable experiences for every traveller, every day.

The Destination: Where Customer Experience Meets Adventure

As a Customer Service All Rounder, you play a key role in bringing our brand promise to life. You’ll support the Branch Manager and wider team by delivering friendly, consistent, and professional service across every stage of the customer journey. This is a truly hands-on role that blends customer service, vehicle operations, sales, and teamwork. You’ll be trusted to pitch in where needed, take ownership of the experience, and help ensure every customer drives away feeling confident and excited about their adventure.

Your Journey on the Road

Create Memorable Customer Experiences

You’ll be the first and last point of contact for many of our customers—welcoming travellers from around the world, answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects the JUCY and Star RV brand.

Deliver Seamless Vehicle Handovers

You’ll dispatch and return campervans and motorhomes, providing clear demonstrations of vehicle features and completing pre-hire safety checks and quality inspections (training provided).

Be a True All-Rounder

From vehicle detailing and linen laundry to keeping the branch clean and organised, you’ll work alongside the team to ensure the branch operates smoothly every day.

Drive Sales & Add Value

You’ll actively support rental sales, excess reduction, and ancillary products—confidently matching customer needs with the right solutions.

Collaborate & Communicate

You’ll liaise with external service providers and suppliers, and work closely with teammates to maintain consistency, efficiency, and high service standards.

What You’ll Bring to the Trip

You’re a people-person who enjoys variety, teamwork, and being hands-on. You’re calm under pressure, take pride in your work, and understand how great service can turn a good trip into a great one.

You’ll also bring:

• Experience delivering exceptional face-to-face customer service

• A genuine interest in tourism or the rental vehicle industry

• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

• Confidence using computer systems and reservation software

• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset

• A full driver’s licence

• Availability to work weekends and public holidays

Experience with rental vehicles, campervans, vehicle detailing, sales, or minor domestic repairs is an advantage, but not essential.
