About the Team
As part of our Customer and Product group, you’ll lead the customer transition and change enablement activities associated with the transition of our customers to a cloud-based
platform. Combining customer engagement, transition planning, business readiness insights and adoption enablement, you’ll support successful customer outcomes, minimise disruption and support value realisation.
About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Customer Adoption Partner to join us on a 12-month maximum-term (parental leave) contract.
Working across several internal teams, you will develop structured transition approaches,
customer-facing artefacts and change enablement activities that support customer-led implementation and sustained adoption. You will enable and support customer change team rather than delivering change directly, acting as a trusted partner to guide, influence and strengthen customer-led adoption.
Some of the Outcomes You’ll Deliver
- Develop and maintain customer transition strategies, plans, playbooks, frameworks, templates, and supporting documentation.
- Build trusted customer relationships by understanding priorities, challenges, and long-term goals.
- Engage executive, operational, and technical stakeholders to support planning, collaboration, and informed decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops and planning sessions to identify requirements, manage risks, resolve blockers, and enable successful customer-led transitions.
- Apply change management practices to assess impacts, stakeholder needs, and transition readiness.
- Produce clear communications, executive reporting, dashboards, and insights to track progress and support data-driven decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes, product adoption, and service value through effective transition and enablement practices.
What You’ll Bring
- Change management certification or methodology experience (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, Agile).
- Demonstrated experience leading, supporting and enabling change management activities for large-scale technology transformation programs.
- Experience providing guidance, artefacts, or frameworks to support others in delivering change.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder groups across business and technical teams.
- Experience with organisational readiness assessments, communications, and training delivery.
- Knowledge of cloud transformation impacts including process, security, compliance, and service delivery changes.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
Highly Regarded
- Experience working with government agencies or public sector organisations.
- Exposure to ERP, CRM, HRIS, ITSM, or enterprise SaaS implementations.
- Experience supporting digital transformation and modernisation programs.
