About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant within our Social Services division, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with organisations to deliver high quality talent solutions while building long term client and candidate relationships.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone commercially driven, relationship-focused, and motivated by outcomes, bringing:
- Experience in recruitment, sales, account management, or business development
- Confidence building relationships with clients and candidates
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Resilience and comfort handling pressure and rejection
- A proactive mindset with accountability for results
Agency recruitment experience is highly regarded, but we’re also open to high performing professionals from sales or relationship driven industries looking to transition into recruitment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Client Management & Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across active vacancies
- Conduct vacancy qualification and manage recruitment briefs
- Build trusted relationships with clients across the social services sector
- Deliver recruitment outcomes within agreed service levels
Candidate Management
- Source, interview, and manage high quality candidates
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Support candidates through interviews, offers, onboarding, and placement
- Deliver consistent communication and feedback throughout the process
Business Development
- Identify and win new client opportunities
- Conduct outbound business development and relationship building activities
- Attend client meetings and market visits
- Grow existing accounts and increase market share
