The Opportunity
We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Warehouse Store Person to join our team based in Minto.
This is a hands-on, full-time role reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, where you’ll play an important part in keeping the warehouse running smoothly day-to-day.
Your responsibilities will include picking and packing, unloading containers, and general warehouse duties, along with supporting inventory organisation and ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time.
For the right person, this role offers the opportunity to grow and step into a Leading Hand position over time. You’ll be supported to build your skills in team coordination, mentoring others, and contributing to the overall flow and success of the warehouse.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in picking, packing, dispatch, stocktaking, and general warehouse operations
- A positive, reliable attitude with a strong work ethic
- High attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
- Appropriate fitness for manual handling and container unloading
- A current forklift licence
- Basic computer skills (MS Office experience preferred)
- An understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
You’ll also bring a willingness to learn and develop, with an interest in growing your skills and stepping into a leadership role in the future.
