About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic and driven territory Sales Representative to join our NSW Sales Team. This role is responsible for growing sales and market share across a defined territory through a combination of account management, business development and merchandising activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Enhance sales and margin performance through business development strategies
- Optimise the use of CRM and call cycle management
- Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis to inform planning and identify potential business opportunities
- Foster strong relationships with key customer decision-makers through effective communication and collaboration
- Merchandise stores to ensure optimal product placement and positioning
- Bring our brands to life through store relays and new setups across your territory, with fortnightly regional travel
To start, the territory will be the Macarthur region, Greater Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains, with travel to the Central West Region, covering a maternity leave period. Following this, the territory will be reassigned, providing the opportunity to continue growing sales and building customer relationships within a new area.

What you’ll bring
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, achieving results and working autonomously.
You may already have experience in field sales, account management, merchandising or business development, or you may be looking to take the next step in your sales career.
To be successful, you will bring:
- A passion for sales and business development, with the drive to achieve targets
- Confidence in presenting, showcasing and promoting our products
- A willingness to learn and take a hands-on approach to tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence positive outcomes
- Strong time management, planning and organisational skills
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- The ability to undertake regional overnight travel once per fortnight
- The ability to undertake manual handling tasks
- Previous experience in Bunnings or hardware stores (desirable but not essential)
