We’re looking for a dynamic Manager – Growth, Acquisitions & Strategic Partnerships

 to lead our expansion, strengthen our market presence, and build partnerships that genuinely improve participant outcomes.

Due to the growth, we are again expanding our team. We are looking for another team member to join us in our Adelaide Office!

Purpose:

  • Leading acquisitions, mergers, and strategic partnerships that expand our reach and impact.
  • Driving innovative market development aligned with NDIS Practice Standards.
  • Ensuring every growth initiative strengthens participant rights, service quality, and organisational integrity.
  • Shaping the future of a values‑driven organisation committed to excellence and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and executing growth strategies that elevate our service footprint.
  • Identifying new markets, partnerships, and service opportunities.
  • Leading end‑to‑end acquisition and merger processes, including due diligence, negotiation, and integration.
  • Ensuring 100% compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, Code of Conduct, and audit requirements.
  • Preparing high‑quality proposals and recommendations for executive decision‑making.
  • Strengthening governance, risk management, and information security across all growth activities.

Key Outcomes:

  • 10–20% annual growth in participant numbers or service footprint.
  • Successful acquisitions with zero major non‑conformities.
  • 20% revenue uplift within 12 months of integration.
  • Strong, ethical partnerships that enhance participant access and experience.
  • Secure, seamless data migration and service continuity.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Deep knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, audits, and compliance
  • Proven experience in mergers, acquisitions, or business development in regulated sectors.
  • Strong governance, risk, and documentation capability.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A commitment to person‑centered practice, inclusion, and participant rights
  • NDIS Worker Screening & Working with Children Check.
