What you will do

We are seeking an engaging, self-motivated Sales Support full time opportunity to join our friendly Sales team at our Corporate Office in Mulgrave. We welcome graduates who are looking for valuable corporate experience. Passionate about exceptional customer service, you will act the first point of contact for our Sales teams.

• Manage phone, email and online customer and distributor enquiries and provide support to the Sales teams.

• Respond promptly to sales team queries in relation to their product requests and sales orders.

• Process sales orders and invoices, and release orders for the warehouse.

• Perform administrative duties, facilitate reporting, update sales information and complete data entry on various platforms.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in Customer Service, Call Centre, Sales Support or Administration is highly desirable.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Can do attitude and ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

• Strong organisational skills, able to problem solve and high attention to detail.

• Proficient computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
