Warehouse Coordinator

We’re looking for an organised and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to lead daily warehouse operations at Toowoomba Betta Home Living. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, improving processes, and keeping a warehouse running smoothly and safely.

What you’ll be doing

• Coordinating daily warehouse workflow
• Prioritising incoming and outgoing freight
• Allocating tasks to warehouse staff
• Investigating stock discrepancies
• Ensuring WHS procedures are followed
• Training and supporting warehouse team members
• Conducting safety checks and maintaining warehouse standards

What we’re looking for

• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Experience in warehouse operations
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving ability
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work safely and efficiently
• Forklift licence preferred (not essential)
