Description

An opportunity exists for a bright, enthusiastic and reliable person to join our client services team at our dynamic accounting and advisory firm based in our offices in Preston, Melbourne.

We are a modern style practice that embraces the latest technologies in a fresh and open-plan environment while constantly seeking to provide our clients with amazing outcomes.

Tasks:

• Serve as a primary liaison between clients and the accounting team, ensuring smooth communication and exceptional service.

• Manage client onboarding and engagements.

• Incorporate new entities for clients, handling ABN and TFN applications.

• Corporate secretarial tasks including ASIC filing and preparation of ASIC forms to maintain correct Company records.

• Liaise with ATO and manage ATO lodgements.

• Maintain accurate records and handle administrative duties to support efficient workflow.

• Proactively seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.

• Other administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, booking appointments, filing, printing & scanning.

Pre-requisites:

• At least 12 months experience working in an accounting practice (essential).

• Proficient in using accounting Xero Practice Manager software.

• Experience maintaining and updating company records with ASIC and using ATO Portal.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

• Positive and enthusiastic attitude, reliable and self-motivated.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
