THE ROLES

Following significant growth in our Maintenance teams across the Perth Metro area, we are currently recruiting for additional Gardeners and Lead Gardeners to join the team.

As a Lead Gardener, you will have at least 3 years of experience and be able lead and mentor members of your team. Ideally you will have a trade certificate in Horticulture or a related field, and a current driver’s license (preferably MR or HR).

As a Gardener, you’ll be completing a range of general landscape maintenance tasks including but not limited to:

  • Turf maintenance (cylinder, rotary and ride-on mowing)
  • Gardening duties (pruning, hedging, weeding etc.)
  • Pest & disease control
  • Fertiliser application
  • Irrigation maintenance
  • Softscape upgrades

To be successful in either of these positions, you will be able to demonstrate:

  • An ability to communicate effectively with your colleagues, sub-contractors and customers.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • You must be physically fit and willing to work within our health and safety guidelines.
