thyssenkrupp Materials Australia is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Aerospace Division in Wetherill Park. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a close knit team supporting customers across the Aerospace and Defence sectors. Working alongside our Strategic Sales Team, you’ll play a key role in managing customer enquiries, quotations, orders and deliveries while building strong relationships with customers and internal
stakeholders.
About Us
Our Aerospace Division supplies specialist materials and supply chain solutions to customers across Australia and New Zealand. Based in Wetherill Park, our team of 13 people works closely together
across sales, customer service, warehouse, procurement and operations to
deliver outstanding service to our customers. This is a collaborative, supportive environment

About the Role
Reporting to the Strategic Sales Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer enquiries and providing exceptional customer
service
- Preparing quotations and processing customer orders
- Coordinating deliveries and communicating order updates
- Supporting key customer accounts and Strategic Sales personnel
- Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal departments
- Maintaining accurate information in SAP and other systems
- Assisting with customer reporting and account administration
- Resolving customer enquiries and service issues professionally
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business
Success in this role will come from delivering reliable service, attention to detail and building strong customer relationships.

Skills & Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination or administration
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience using SAP or ERP systems is advantageous
- Experience within manufacturing, distribution, aerospace, defence or supply chain industries is beneficial but not essential
