Physiotherapist casual or contractor

  • Locations: Blacktown & Penrith clinics
  • Engagement: Casual or Contractor  
  • Roster: Mon, Wed and Fri | 9am-5pm/ 10am-6pm
  • Pay Scale: 80K to 100K + Super depending on experience
  • Commencement: August 28th

 

Therapy Care is a leading NDIS-registered multidisciplinary provider in Western Sydney. With modern clinics in both Blacktown and Penrith, we help NDIS participants reach their goals through collaborative allied health services.

This role offers a rich, diverse, and deeply rewarding caseload spanning both paediatric and adult clients. You will support participants with a variety of needs, including highly complex physical, neurological, and developmental disabilities.

Because our caseload involves high complexity, we are looking for a clinician who already has a solid foundation in disability care and feels confident navigating complex clinical presentations.

The role:

  • Delivering evidence-based assessments and interventions across a mixed lifespan caseload- pediatrics to adults.
  • Managing complex disability cases, including assistive technology (AT) prescriptions and equipment requests.
  • Collaborating alongside our multidisciplinary team of OTs, Speech Pathologists, Support Coordinators, Disability Support Workers and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
  • Completing documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
  • Proven experience and deep knowledge within the disability is essential for the role, with the clinical reasoning required for complex cases.
  • Ability to be versatile to work with both kids and adults.
  • Current paid WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and
  • For Contractors only: ABN and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
