Description

We’re looking for an experienced Client Services Officer or Senior Client Services Officer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be at the centre of coordinating high-quality supports, working closely with participants, families, Disability Support Workers and Support Coordinators to ensure every participant receives exceptional service.

This is a fast-paced, rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll take ownership of your work, build meaningful relationships and play an important role in helping participants live the life they want.

If you’re applying for the Senior position, you’ll also mentor other team members, support complex participant matters and work alongside our Client Services Team Leader to drive quality and continuous improvement across the service.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinate and oversee participant supports from intake through to ongoing service delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with participants, families, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers and allied health professionals.
  • Ensure services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with participant goals.
  • Solve problems, manage competing priorities and respond proactively to participant needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with NDIS requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with our Client Services, Rostering and Support Coordination teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.

Senior Client Services Officers will also:

  • Mentor and support Client Services Officers.
  • Provide guidance on complex participant matters.
  • Assist with participant onboarding and service quality.
  • Support operational improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a key support to the Client Services Team Leader.
