    Position Summary

    The Support People is a leading registered NDIS provider committed to creating an inclusive world where people with disabilities are empowered to live the life they choose with the right support.

    The Client Services Assistant plays an integral role in supporting the delivery of high-quality services within the Client Services team. This position is responsible for coordinating participant supports, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    You will:

  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Coordinate and administer the client intake and onboarding process.
  • Respond to participant enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform high-quality administrative tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Provide clear guidance and day-to-day support to the support worker workforce.
  • Oversee daily support worker operations and roster coordination.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with Support Coordinators and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with participants and their families.
  • Provide ongoing participant care and case management support.
  • Manage day-to-day rostering requirements to ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call roster to monitor and respond to after-hours enquiries.
  • Undertake additional duties relevant to the role as required.
