Located in beautiful Bowral, the hub of the scenic Southern Highlands region, we are a family orientated, specialist dermatology practice, devoted to delivering the very best care and treatment for all skin concerns.

Our principal dermatologist, Dr Frances Tefany, has been providing specialist skin services in Bowral for nearly 30 years. 

About the role

This exciting position is the face of Southern Highlands Dermatology and is responsible for providing high quality care and outstanding support to our dermatologist. In return we enhance your experience as well as provide training as a dermatology nurse, in a fun and collaborative environment where we make a difference to patient outcomes every day.

The role is a casual role, regularly working Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Our shifts are 8 hours and are rostered between 8:00amam and 5:00pm.

About you

To be successful, your experience will have been gained in the Australian health sector, including:

• Nursing experience
• Experience in a busy private practice setting
• Ideally you would have an interest in working in the field of dermatology, experience in dermatology is not essential and training will be provided for the ideal candidate.
• Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
• Able to demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills, and work as part of a small team
